I have had this book in my library for coming on forever and I finally listend to it. Written and read by Ted Haggard it is so easy to listen to and I could kick myself for not listening earlier. It is such a common sense approach to diet and life you ask yourself, why have I not thought of this!!! Well worth the time and few dollars. Don't wait as long as I did to listen to it though, you could already be enjoying a new you otherwise.

I think this Is one of the most reasonable diet plans on the market, I like the authors simple down to earth way of explaining it.
What a phenominal little book. Absolute common sense - and spinkled with humour too. I love the part where he says his plan is obviously flawed because he can't make money selling us his supplements (cos there aren't any)! You won't regret this download.
