Where does The Gerson Therapy rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This book is probably the best book I've ever read.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Charlotte Gerson does a great job linking today to what Gerson was talking about decades ago.

What about Tavia Gilbert’s performance did you like?

Clear, concise delivery. Did especially well when narrating the stories of Gerson patients.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When I realized that I didn't have to depend on the fickle nature of modern medicine to overcome my condition, it was a very freeing experience. If you've been diagnosed with a debilitating illness, explore all your options. A word to the wise, THERE IS NO ROOM FOR CHEATING IN THIS THERAPY. It only works if you follow it like scripture.

Any additional comments?

After I listened to this book, I researched the subject in depth. I couldn't find anything in the book that wasn't true. In point of fact, the best thing I got from doctors, documentaries, books and all the other sources I picked over, was "we don't know why that happens". Gerson doesn't promise to cure everything but a 50% cure rate of patients already considered terminal by the doctors supposed to be saving them? It's worth it to those of us who can't afford or don't want to be dependent on drugs.

Informative and life changing

Having lost a dear friend recently to pancreatic cancer and becoming so much more vividly aware of my own personal health issues, this book has been deeply informative, educational and a life changer for me.

A new way to stop illness.

I wanted to get to the source of a lot of books and video I was reading and watching on juicing and health. I can say this book is like the grand master of help. I have the book and listened to the book. Refreshing what you hear and read is important.

Must have for anyone who cares about true health.

Profound info to help obtain true health & wellness & simple well described details on how to obtain health if one is sick from virtually any illness. Also includes details on how one becomes sick & steps to avoid it. Some chapters are lengthy & may be of non importance to some, but overall it will possibly save you or someone else's life or at least improve the years of life you have.

Life saving information, poor choice of narrator.

Riveting case histories and life saving theories and applications. I found the narrator overly pedantic to the point where it detracted significantly from my ability to absorb the information. Will have to rely on the kindle book version.

Important and Excellent information for optimal health and healing

Highly recommended! There are many available “alternative” natural and nutrition based therapies for cancer and other diseases in our world today - many of which are quite successful....And those are often much more successful than western medicine (most particularly for chronic disease - I know so from personal experience and success - acupuncture being one of many ).
The Gerson Therapy is one of exceptional value as it has successfully treated and healed cancer - and other diseases - in countless human beings over the last 80 years approximately. This book and the other multitude of resources regarding the Gerson Therapy and The Gerson Institute etc are highly recommended to be explored in depth as it is a valid method for successfully healing (even curing) cancer and other degenerative diseases. Always great to do research into multiple alternatives to find what options are available - The Gerson Therapy is one to definitely be included in such research for anyone who is genuinely desiring healing and/or achieving optimal health (whether or not you have been diagnosed cancer or any other disease/illness). Here’s to achieving exceptional health for all beings as well as planet earth (& beyond!)! Western medicine is frequently very good for critical and acute care, but does not heal or cure any chronic or degenerative diseases (again, personal direct experience)...I encourage all to explore The Gerson Therapy and the numerous other holistic & natural alternatives!!!

an excellent read

this was an excellent read I absolutely love this book. I've learned so much and started applying some of the suggestions in this book to help with my health struggles.
