This is probably one of the best pregnancy weight loss guides that I have come across. No other guide was able to help me as much as this one. I got back to my original weight and figure in as little as 6 weeks. Thanks for the fruitful advice!
The narrators speech was choppy, incongruous, and hard to listen to. I didn't make it past 10 min
