Great place to start for Vegan meals!

I'm trying to make our dinners healthier.....I was so glad to receive this book from the publisher, and thought I "could always add chicken" to the recipes to keep my family happy......not needed! The recipes that I've tried have been flavorful and satisfying. I especially liked with ingredients to have on hand, mainly because I had no clue where to even begin. But it was simple! I will use these recipes a few days a week to help us change to healthier eating!

A great practical cookbook!

What did you like about this audiobook?

I love Dexter Jackson ever since she started Plant-Based on a Budget, I love her super friendly approach! Her tips and recipes are super practical. I was long waiting for this kind-of book and from what I saw it's really great. This book has compiled a great collection of Vegan eating slow cooker recipes to suit your appetite and help you to save time and energy in the kitchen. i'll recommend

Great book for vegans!

Omg I love this book!!! I have a ton of plant-based vegan cookbooks but I had none for my slow cooker, easy recipes with ingredients that you probably already have on hand I can't wait to try everything in this book!! I still can't believe you can get this What a steal! Thank you, Dexter Jackson for all the work you put into it.

I am very pleased with this book

If you are thinking of going vegan this is the cookbook for you. This book is full of healthy vegan recipes that will start you of on your journey to be a vegan. I am very pleased with this book. Would I recommend this book to other people? Yes I would including friends and family..I absolutely think this is great book . Great cookbook with great base recipes that can be used solo or combined with other ingredients to make a more complex meal.

Loved this Vegan book

Wow this book was informative and had a lot of helpful information as someone who is newly introduced to being a Vegan. This book will teach you all about living the Vegan lifestyle, as well as give you a meal plan and specific recipes for all times of the day! Highly recommend this book if you are new to being Vegan or are looking for some healthy Vegan recipes :)

Sumptuous and healthy meals

I am so glad to find a vegan recipe book that I can use for planning my month-long diet. This book creates a good foundation for anyone who is curious about trying out the vegan diet. The pictures, although not too high res, still help add interest to the reader. These will give an idea for presentation for fancy dinners or restaurant menu.

Lots of valuable info

I have considered becoming vegan but it seemed to overwhelming and difficult to try. This book provides great information and breaks down the process. I enjoyed learning all the foods that would provide me with the nutrients I need (of course I was worried about getting sufficient amounts of protein, calcium, iron, etc.) but apparently there are plenty of plant based sources I didn't known about.
Along with this info it also provides a lot of recipes. This definitely makes trying a vegan lifestyle much more feasible.

Great family vegan cookbook.

The recipes are delicious and I love the variety and creativity. This is one of my favorite vegan cookbooks. My only complaint is that many of the recipes don't keep super well, so it's not great for leftovers... but the recipes themselves are wonderful. The instructions are clear, and the ingredients are all fairly easy to find. The recipes are a little on the time-consuming side, but it's worth it for them to be so tasty ;)

I am not a vegan but after listening this book this open up my mind to start a vegan diet. This book is interesting and knowledgeable. I cant wait to start my Vegan diet. Good job for the author
