Essential reading if you care about your health

Would you consider the audio edition of The Elimination Diet to be better than the print version?

I don't have the printed version as yet but intend to buy for my practice so that my clients can read it.

A must read if really into health

The title does not come near to what really this is about its not a diet but a search to understanding what our bodies r saying

This was an excellent audiobook, however it needs supporting documents that you can download and see to apply some of the diet.

Life Changing
