Best book

I would really suggest this book if you are looking for a good and informative guide to intermittent fasting. Another great thing about the book is that it has all the information you need to start fasting but it is also not too long and​ doesn't have any "useless" information so you really enjoy listening it and can start fasting sooner.

The book is all about a particular eating pattern, called the intermittent fasting which helps a person in shedding the extra pounds of flesh whilst recharging oneself with all the necessary nutrients. The author has detailed the various methods of fasting, its benefits and has also suggested on the effective toning of one’s body. I found this book informative.

Interesting

This book is simple and straightforward. Anybody that's interested in changing their eating habits, should read this. I have listen this book twice now. It was more helpful the second time since I've been intermittently fasting for 30 days.I have always been a kind of healthy man, but learning some of the topics in here shed light on hidden potential I was missing out on!
