i love this book

I loved this book wholeheartedly. I have been trying to lose belly fat from a very long time and this book has helped me immensely. It lays down all the tips and tricks in a very precise manner. I loved the chapter on "what should you eat during weight loss", I am trying to follow the instructions mentioned in this book and hopefully I will be able to trim my waistline

This is a great book for anyone that wants to lose belly fat. The research done and the simple explanations ties it all together. I am in the military and staying lean is a must. I can say this book is tool I am using to finish off that stubborn fat that never wants to let go.
