Great book for all the basics. Pretty straightforward...exactly what I wanted. It's a really big book, too...so it's chock full of great info that are easy to understand. Good workouts to follow, depending on what your goals are.

I'm a personal trainer and rarely buy books on training but because all the stuff is regurgitated. This book is really, really good. They outline the exercises very well and the routines they design are effective and interesting.
