Interesting book....

I like the Ketogenic diet having previously been on it before taking a break. I decided to buy this book to try and get back into it by doing a simple 10 day cleanse.
Meal Plans were useful and ok, recipes were interesting

Very informative book....

There are recipes for breads and desserts too. My weight loss has been slow compared to some other peoples reports. I have lost a pound a week. But I believe I can continue with this diet to my goal, of 20 more pounds.

great tips

This book is very easy to read, and the diet is easy to follow. You can actually eat plenty of food. Avoiding high Carb items isn't painful, if you are already satisfied. Even if the people you work with are diabolic in their efforts to sabotage you.

his step by step ketogenic recipe book is so good that i tried so many recipes already. It has some yummy and delicious recipes which are very easy to make. The complexity of the book is very low so any beginner in the cooking field can easily follow the given steps and cook a great meal. I can suggest it for anyone out there looking to start a ketogenic diet.
