    "Whoa! Eat fat and get thin?"

    Excellent summary. I am currently reading the book on Kindle but this gives the key points and is a great refresher especially if you need a little nudge to stay on track. Also I started on the program 4 days ago and am already seeing and feeling the difference. It makes perfect sense.
