Much needed book!

It makes the science of fasting so simple. This was the perfect guide and no sooner did I listen to it, I was game to try it. All I can say is that if you are dedicated, it works.
This has honestly changed my life.

Even the summary version of this is too long. the core message is actually very short and valid, but I think it's much better presented by mark Sisson in some blog posts from 5 years ago.

The most memorable moment is that when I came to learn Fasting is a serious dietary therapy!

Wonderful one! Clear to understand. Recommended.

This one by Dr. Fung is amazing. Clear and easy to understand. A lot explained from the very basic of fasting to advanced level. I liked the 24 hours fasting protocol and it's just wow! Recommended one to have.

Loved this one. Author provided a wonderful overview about fasting. I came to know that actually fasting is a dietarry therapy from the ancient time. Also, intermittent fasting, extender fasting, facts of fasting, recipes and guidelines all are provided. Like this one very much. Recommended to everyone.

Well-delivered audiobook

As this book is well-delivered, I have no second-thoughts in following the fasting guidelines. It’s full of nuggets here and there. You’ll be surprised with the number of creative ways the author has shared to make fasting doable and effective. Moreover, it’s a fair book, presenting the pros and cons of fasting.
