Don’t buy

Don’t buy if you are looking for an instructional detailed step process for a diet or “sugar detox”. This book does not explain how to reduce sugar nor does it even specify what foods to avoid. I felt like this was an infomercial to sell you another book on the 21 steps for sugar detox. This book provides a few general statements of why you should reduce sugars but certainly does not provide you with the knowledge to a 21 day detox program. Waste of time, i already knew to cut back on sugar, but i still don’t know what specific foods i should increase or diet to implement.
