Clearly the guy that wrote about exercising being the only method of losing weight as never tried this book. Its not a diet, but a complete life style change. I have only been on it for a week so I am still in the strict phase, but I have already lost 6 pounds. I feel better about myself and I have more energy. If you are serious about getting healthy, I highly recommend this book. You will not be disappointed. I received the book with a mark (very small mark) but works perfect for me. I recommend it to everyone, no matter if you want to be on a diet or not.
I have lost a lot of weight with just working out in the gym, but at the same time i was hooked on junk food, so i couldn't get 100% of the benefits from working out in the gym. I have learned about the South Beach Diet and i liked the concept. I just had to find the perfect book that will give me the correct instructions and directions of how to use it. This is the perfect book. Everything is explained very well with great details and it looks very healthy. I will stick with it, for sure.

I rate this audio book 5/5 stars. Although the book is short, if you are serious about wanting to make the South Beach Diet your new lifestyle, it is well worth the credit! I would much rather have an easy to understand 1 hr and 43 mins audio book. It is very well organized and it is filled with useful information. I definitely recommend this book to others, like myself, who are interested in learning about ways to drop a few pounds and lead a more healthy life!
The author had some great insight into The South Beach Diet. I had never really paid attention to it myself but I thought I would give this book a shot being a beginner and it taught me a lot. I tend to not be the best dieter but the things I learned here, i hope, will help keep me on the path. I would even recommend it to those who think they have the South Beach diet all figured out. Never a bad thing to keep getting new information.

I have never been a "dieting" guy but this Guide is excellent for those looking to lose extra weight and still maintain a healthy diet !
This short book gives you some delicious and healthy south beach recipes and also the instructions are very detailed. The book does not provide which makes it difficult to go through the book. The book helps you understand the concept of CARBS and will teach you how to cut the proportions and the carbs. The book has been divided into three phases and has discussed each recipe in detail. Very easy to read.
