Thanks for the good Listen...

Love this cookbook! I found it to be witty, yet fun and informative. The description and stories for each recipe are great, and the recipes themselves sound delicious. The ingredient-count is reasonable, so as not to overwhelm the reader. The book really makes restaurant-quality sous vide recipes feel accessible. I’ve only had a chance to make three dishes so far, but they were amazing! I loved the teriyaki salmon with the home made teriyaki sauce! I highly recommend this book!

A perfect book to get a collection of sous vide recipes, these recipes are useful for rapid weight loss and contain a good taste you will feel yummy when you eat these. I and my family members are highly satisfied with these recipes thanks.

Great background info on sous vide cooking. Cooking time and temperature charts, basic recipes.
The book includes: A detailed introduction to sous vide and the steps involved in using it successfully.
Some great sounding vegetable recipes. Recommended!

glad I picked it up

This is a stunning gathering of sous vide formulas. The book gives a nitty gritty guide of this technique for cooking which is extremely useful. I like its idea and the way you can investigate and stretch out from your standard cooking. The formulas are for the most part simple to set i up, figure anybody would appreciate this book.

FOUR STARS!!

This book is one of the best book i've ever had..lots of great recipes and good introduction for those starting into Sous Vide cooking . There is a lot of false info on the web and this explains a lot .As a chef myself ,I got this for my wife and it helped explain to her everything from cooking times and temps to food safety.i really like this book.highly recommend.

This is a good book that provides good sous vide recipes.
I find here that sous vide is a simple cooking method that employs submersion of sealed bags of food in water that is held at a specific temperature. They also tackles here, what sous vide really is. Plus the recipes are easy to follow and comprehend. I like it.

A good collection

I am a big fan of cooking and using a sous vide is one of my favorites. Once limited to the pros, sous vide (pronounced sue-veed) is a cooking method that uses specific temperature control to deliver consistent, restaurant-quality results. High-end restaurants have been making use of sous vide cooking for ages to prepare food to the exact level of doneness desired, every time. The method recently became famous for home cooks with the availability of reasonably priced and easy-to-use sous vide precision cooking equipments. The cooked food will be juicy and soak all the liquid that is vanished during the ordinary way of preparing. Sous Vide technique can save your time.

Author nailed it....

This is a great book for someone just getting started with a Sous Vide machine.If you know nothing of Sous vide cooking but do know which end of a spatula to hold, this book is perfect. Even if you don’t make the recipes in this book, reading it will set you up to make the best of using an immersion cooker. But the recipes are awesome and accessible, you really should give them a try - even the fearful will succeed the first time out.This is a well written cook book that's not comparable to any other Sous Vide book I encountered. Where the others are perfect for the beginner cook, this is a bit more complicated, but the recipes are so much better and elaborate. Although it's more complicated, really, anything that takes more time always turns out better.This is an excellent cook book with meals worthy of a five star restaurant. This is a must have book.
