must listen

awesome book..... Finally the author gave this great information a better presentation, and also is more understandable. A must- if you are a serious runner seeking for improving his performance. I would like to see the pose method program schedule in a chart for an easy review

This is quite a technical book, bit even for the beginning runner like myself it has invaluable information on running form, which can not only revolutionize your running, but keep you safe from injury. Highly recommended

well instructed

I found the methodical approach to changing my running technical very helpful. The through instructions made everything make sense. I've been running without any thought to form before listening this book. I now have a formula that is helping me to run better and with a lower risk of injury.

great levels of runners

I'm trying to get into running despite not having very much experience with the activity and this book offered some really great tips. As a beginner, it offers enough information to be valuable, but seems to give knowledge that more expert runners could find helpful as well.
