Explained well!

The author clearly explains the benefits of following a pescetarian diet and backs it up with the science to support it. The recipes are delicious and easy to make. I recently came off a weight loss regimen and was worried that it would be difficult to maintain my new weight. Following the helpful advice in this book/cookbook has really helped me.

Decent guide..

The Pascarian diet is an example of that development. I love fish and I don't think I could adopt a diet that excludes fish. This diet has vegetarian diet principles, but it specifically includes fish fish for their richness in healthy nutrients. So it is a win win for me because I get a healthy diet as well as the food I love.

Looks good to me!,

What an impressive recipe book! Worth purchasing! Having been told to give up meat I found this book very helpful. It was written for the layman and the information is easily understood. The recipes look interesting and make this new style of eating less daunting for me. This is so much worth recommending to all!
