Definitely worth the money!!!

Saw Suzy on Super Soul Sunday with Oprah and decided to purchase book. Extremely informative and eye-opening. A must-read if you are considering going plant-based. Her main advice is to consider eating one plant-based meal a day (OMD) for the health of your family, the planet, and yourself. I will definitely read this book again and purchase as birthday presents for friends and family.

Excellent Everyone should listen

Excellent book everyone should listen to it or read it. I listened to it then went to Netflix and watched Forks over Knives, Cowspirancy, What the Health?, and The Game Changers. Then I went on YouTube and watched PlantPure Nation and several other videos. finally I went on Amazon Prime and watched a bunch more videos. There is a lot more information put there and I encourage everyone to find it.

Eat 1 plant based meal a day to make a difference!

Awareness is the first step to solving a problem. The author explains the difference it makes if one person eats 1 plan- based meal a day - 200,000 gallons of water are saved in a year with this simple change. The benefits for your health, for the animals and for planet earth create a win, win win solution. OMD is a story of hope with a practical way to improve the huge issues of climate change, factory farming , and chronic disease. There are delicious family friendly recipes as well as plans for how you cam add to more plant based meals or progressing to going fully plant based. For most people, big change happens through small incremental steps and this book has great plans, whether you are just considering adding more plants or thinking you could go all the way. Every person can make a difference, starting with one plant-based meal.

Finished in one day!

I heard about this book on the Thug Kitchen podcast “Forked Up” and immediately downloaded the book and finished it in one day. I’m currently a Pescatarian, but the stats and facts outlined in this book really blew my mind. I truly appreciate all of Suzy and her family’s efforts in regards to the OMD and plant-based efforts. I, myself, plan on making some additional lifestyle changes after listening to this book.
