Less pills

This is a mixture of Six Weeks to OMG and The Hardness Factor. You should lift heavy weights, don't eat processed foods, don't drink beer, don't work out too hard. I found the book motivating and he does have you take two pills (D3 and fish oil), but he stresses that most of the pills on the market are a waste of time and money.

Even though I have heard 90% of this before, if I can improve my health, by gaining one bit of information I didn't have before, then the small cost of this book it is worth it.

Worhtless!

This is just a simple list of basic, intuitive, common knowledge tips such as get enough sleep, try not to get overly stressed, get enough exercise etc. There is absolutely nothing in here that your mother has not already told you to do anyways. There is nothing in here that is not an intuitive step to being generally healthy. These are not even things that you "should do" as much as things you are probably already doing if you are healthy person. Total waste of money

Nice & quick to read/listen info for T increase

Where does Naturally Triple Your Testosterone rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This book brings straight to the point. It is easy to understand and shows simples tips in how to increase naturally your T level.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Naturally Triple Your Testosterone?

It goes against the idea of ZMA as supplementation for T boost. He recommends Vitamin D3, fish oil, and other supplements

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No extreme reaction. Despite of news ideas of the real increase of testosterone.

Any additional comments?

This book is a good for overall understanding of the testosterone hormone, the effects on body, and how increasing it can bring quality on your life. It worths because it goes straight to the point, besides the initial explanation chapters. I have not proved the tips he recommends yet, but I intend to test and hopefully have positive responses following his advices.

Basic Information

The book summarizes information that can be easily found on the internet. I didn't get any additional new information but rather a reminder of what I've read in the past or watched on YouTube. If you need a refresher where everything is in one place then this is an audible book for you.

Decent basic information

There's nothing new or innovating in here, other than knowledge easily picked up from magazines and online articles, probably for free. Useful information nonetheless. Like any book in the fitness and nutrition arena, it's always worth studying further to find the best advice that works for you.
