    "Amazing book"

    The most useful and truthful book in bodybuilding i ever read or listen to.
    This is a great book, but I wish I had known there was a first edition prior to purchasing this book. It does help with those who want to work out, just ensure you to the first edition prior to listening this one. I do recommend this book.

    This is the best book on this particular subject I've read today. Very detailed and shows he knows the real knowledge of bodybuilder. The cover is good and relevant. Wheres recipes at the end of it that are half the book. It cover what foods to eat and when, same with exercises.

    This book has it all! Everything from mental tips to get into the right frame of mind, to actual exercises, food recipes and supplements to use for bodybuilding success. The recipes look delicious and the advice is right on point. I can't wait to share this book with my son who is a skinny guy and needs some help building muscle mass.

    I bought this book for my boyfriend, as he has recently expressed an interest in bulking up. The book has been an amazing guide at getting him going, and has everything within its pages that you need in order to embark on the path of leading a healthy life, building muscle, and changing your eating habits so that you get the results you want as quickly as you can, and maintain them over time. The book is well written, and does everything that it sets out to do. It is a good choice if you are looking at make this life change for yourself, or if you know someone else that is.

    Just what this book claims it to be - a guidebook for beginners. The book teaches the basics of the holy trinity of muscle building, fundamentals of muscle training and tips to do it right. A big help to a future gym rat.

    I love the simplicity of the book. It teaches all the basics you need to learn in order to get out of the "baby phase" (as I call it) bodybuilding and establish good habits. Loved it!
