    Awesome Mediterranean cookbook to date.

    You know what this made it amazing? I can prepare meals impromptu. Listening to the audio version of this cookbook cut down significantly the cooking time. This is helping me be dedicated in my quest for a less-disease lifestyle. Found over nourishing dishes for a healthier us! I love how the different meal categories are arranged by chapter and I am able to bookmark my favorites to go back and find and listen long while I cook in the kitchen! The author did a really great job putting this together. Highly recommended.

    Nice cookbook

    Nice cookbook but was hoping for recipes that took less time to prepare. I did find a few that I have tried more than once. This is a good recipe book. It couples good with the Mediterranean Diet for beginners. Easy recipes and simple to understand. A good start to planning your meals and what to use. Very easy to follow and I found the meals are really quite good. I wish there were a few more meat dishes but it is what it is and over all it's pretty good. (That's why four stars rather than five.) I've always been a big red meat eater and that's a little hard for me to let go of but over all this is a good book and it easy to stay with...... If you really try.

    Now it's a way of Life, Not a Diet

    BEST book ever. My husband lost 25 lbs in a month. Our lives has truly been changed after reading this book. We are now healthy and are able to maintain our weights. Maintenance is difficult but this book shows you how to do it.

    This book is another great book I found. Great information as well as excellent recipes in the book. Meaning to try a few someday.

    Very happy with this book series

    I am impressed by the health benefits. My blood sugar is stable for hours and junk food no longer calls my name! I am motivated to continue because I am having such great results. I had high energy really kick in near the end of the first week and I've only been doing 30 min of moderate exercise every day. The olive oil truly made the difference for me. I used to eat diet salads with no-fat dressing - never again! There is a satisfaction that seems to really carry me through cravings and I attribute it to the regular use of olive oil.

    Looks to be good

    A good guide to adopting the Mediterranean style diet recommended by my cardiologist. I lost over 10 lbs in the first month of following this guide. This book has provided me a very rich option to clean diet. I must admit that I'm a fast food chain fanatic but now that I'm doing almost 360 degrees diet change and I'm just happy that at the very least I get to try veggie and oatmeal options, which, after all are nutritious and yummy.

    Delicious and full of helpful info

    My doctor recommended this type of cooking and this audio book has everything I've ever needed about the Mediterranean diet. The recipes are very well explained and the food is GREAT!!! Aside from losing your weight, this diet has positive effects on coronary health and diabetes. What is great about this diet is that it doesn't sounds like a diet because it is very easy to follow. I've lost a few pounds and more importantly I feel much better!

    The Mediterranean Diet Really Does Work

    Her calm and easy to listen to voice. I can close my eyes and listen to the recipes as she describes why they are good for you and how to prepare them.

    I really enjoyed Mediterranean diet recipes featured in this book because Mediterranean food is very healthy and mostly vegetarian. I was raised vegetarian and finding tasty recipes and new ideas are semi rare.

    A great Mediterranean resource

    I was given the opportunity to purchase this audio for free in exchange for my honest opinion, with that being said, this is one of the best Mediterranean books out there. This book gives recipe on how to make foods that are good for the health and body. What I like about this book is its measurements to attain perfect and exact taste of a food. This book presents a Mediterranean diet that will surely help you to lose weight, it is chock full of a wide array of recipes ranging from quick and simple to more involved fare.

    Value for the money

    I enjoy having Mediterranean meals but I was a bit sceptical when I heard about the Mediterranean diet.

    At first, I thought that this is just another fad diet that won't work and now I am glad that I decided to give it a try. With these audiobooks I am finally able to eat what I want, lose weight, and feel healthy because recipes don't demand drastic lifestyle changes or to empty your wallet. I'm very excited to try all of them.

    Delicious and healthy Mediterranean recipes

    I really like the carrot sticks and hummus recipe. My husband doesn't really care for carrots. But the hummus made the difference. It's a very healthy snack. I would definitely make it for Thanksgiving, since my in-laws love hummus.

    The amazing recipes. I listen in one sitting it is so enjoyable to listen..

    I enjoy this book because it discusses a concise, well researched diet that uses foods I already buy on a weekly basis, and focuses more on natural foods such as fruits, nuts, and veggies. While I was listening , I also found some good tips on what I am doing right now in my "diet" that probably aren't the best for my body, such as eating less red meat and more low fat milk. With the serving sizes listed, many recipes, and some good worded motivation found throughout this book, this diet plan is already helping me reach my goal. It is a definite must read for anyone looking to lose weight, gain a better body, or be healthier in general

    This book, the Mediterranean Diet for Beginners, is intriguing to read because it provides a lot of history about the Mediterranean way of eating.The Mediterranean Diet has been a way of life for many people throughout the world for a long, long time. The book discusses the history, health benefits, and simple common sense about food. I have tried a few of the recipes which were awesome!     Four Stars!!!!

    I must admit, I did not know much about Mediterranean Diet until I came across this book. This is a small book with great valuable information on Mediterranean Diet. This is a book for anyone that want to start living a healthy lifestyle., After reading the book the reader will have a good understanding of what a Mediterranean Diet entails. The writing style is good and easy to understand, there are few difficult terminology used, and the ones used are very much necessary.
