so helpful that I decided to listen to it again!

I found this book inspiring and eye opening. setting was clearly articulated and it all just makes sense.
I am not overweight, but I can apply the learnings from this book to my everyday life. I have a full time job and a family so I always held off on my dreams due to lack of time. this book helped motivate me to just do a little each day.

A definite read to make a real difference

Highly motivational. Alex definitely reads his book with purpose. Taking the day by mastering habits is a wonderful way of accomplishing goals whether it be food/weight related or just trying to fulfil yourself in other aspects of life. Does become repetitive at times, but only drives home the point more. Would recommend.

3 Listens one week

While i think this bok was quite inspirational It had some negative tones that i didnt think myself and some times where there were some weird beeping noises.
But it have great points and habits i will take after so overall a great book for acheiving your goals!

Simple and Great advice

Down to Earth

I really enjoyed this book. Common sense baby steps for changing not only your body, but your life. I have some hope for the first tme in a long time that I can change for the better!

Very helpful!

I've listened to this book several times now. I've found it very helpful in so many different aspects of my life, not just heath. Alex does a wonderful job of laying out important groundwork necessary for making real change in your life. I recommend this to anyone who has goals they want to accomplish, especially if you don't know where to start.

Fantastic!!!

I’d recommend this book to anyone! I have read and listened to loads of diet books and self help books but this combines the two topics- but this is best so far...every chapter makes perfect sense and the key principles are simple and I’m well on my way to mastering my day , it’s basically confirmed a lot of what I already know but just give me the push I need to just do it and start rather than thinking someday I’ll do it

Quality stuff- no BS!

I think this sums up lots of other good habit books I've read. I'm pretty fit and doing ok but stuck in a bit of a rut so this has taken me out of it.

Morning routine is brilliant idea. Mine now is get up, 30 min stretch and hiit session, shower, breakfast, 20 mins language study and then 45 mins of audiobook on way to work.

I'll be recommending this book to friends....Found this guy via YouTube vids about a week ago btw!

Couldn't stop listening!

LOVED this book! loved the way he speaks and explains everything. So much excellent information and tips for day to day living that make so much sense. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to up their game in life!

review most important book there is

i've always known what to do but never could stick to my massive changes long enough to see big results cause i was too perfectionist

i've been listening to your book on repeat for the past 3 weeks and for that long ive been able to stick to my habits effortlessly and with no stress.

i have motivation to try new things cause im only expecting 1 present better each time and that makes me more confidant to try more new things

for some reason when i have realistic goals i tend to do more than ever befor and its obvious that now im going to make my family proud of me by keeping this the way its going effortlessly, its certain that I reach all my goals

the naration is amazing
the ideas are clear
and you make it easy to reach any goal

Very insightful.

I have learnt from this book on the significance of living life consciously.
It not a weight loss how to but rather a consider this.
I enjoyed the voice it was well paced not too fast or slow
