I'm ready to be Alpha

Interesting if nothing else...I'm gonna try it. See what happens. I like that they give you a schedule to follow a list of foods to eat and calculations to make sure you're eating the right amounts. Good stuff guys, thanks!

Cursing doesn't make you alpha

Great book of information with a lot of cursing. I'm somewhat ok with it but it was too much.

Read it, do it and you'll be better for it

Take the time to learn the lessons in this book and plan oyr your strategy to accomplish it and stick to it for a few months. Thats it. The chnges are immensely worth it.

Good Listen & Motivational; Why No Sources?

I would’ve been more captivated and impressed, if they provided the Resources they constantly quote and reference (e.g. Harvard Studies, Academic Journals, ec certra).
Instead, it’s a audiobook of motivation to re-define terminology and a nutrition/fitness guide like all the others it claims to differ from.

It’s a good listen and helped motivate. If you’re going to debunk and quote for argumentative persuasion, while providing the PDF for support, provide your sources for credibility. Otherwise, it’s a falling into the same category of those you aim to debunk.

A great move for Audible

I think this book is really awesome. I've been working out and even competing at the Professional level of athletics for a years now and a lot of the info in this book was very useful to me. I would love to see Audible get more books like this with useful attached PDF's. I think that this is a solid read for anyone who's interested in fitness. No matter what your knowledge level there's going to be something in the air that you're going to find useful. However, I can see someone who has never lifted before but who's interested in stepping into the realm of health and fitness benefiting from this book.

Great program and book!

I love this book!! just turned 49 and decided I am tired of living an ordinary life as an overweight middle aged man. it's time for me to take back my manhood and I think this book is the key to doing just that.

Roman and Born rocks the house

Clear, concise and compelling storytelling that guides you from knowing nothing to knowing what you need to do to make the changes that are required for a better life. This book is a wonderful call to adventure and the authors herald and mentor me into a better body.

Good information and motivation for Manhood

This has been my 2nd workout book to listen to. Great source of Material and information plus the motivation to be more of a man. I started working out about a year ago this ha added more to my personal side of fitness. I look forward to another listen in 2023

Great book with great program

This book was such a great read and great to listen a second and third time. The Alpha program has transformed literally my entire life. I was at about 32% body fat and in bad shape. I started slowly to follow the program until I was able to take charge of my own body. I have dropped from 237lbs down to 190 lbs to 16% percent body fat. I know I still have ways to go, but this program has been set as my foundation to stay and continue to be in charge of my life. Greatly recommended.
