Most Practical.

This book shows the nutritional information like calories, carbs, sodium, etc. I have tried several recipes so far and everything has been great and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend!

Good for a newbie.

The recipes in this book are easy and taste amazing! I am glad i can find ingredients the recipes in here call for! I highly recommend this book, helpful tools for living a keto life!

Amazing book! This book tells you everything you need to know about the Keto diet. Despite the recipes not having pictures just reading them they sound amazing and pretty simple.

Good summary.

This is an interesting book with lots of good information in it. I haven't switched over yet, but am thinking about it. That is why a purchased this one, so I could learn a bit about Keto diet before I make the big move.

Pretty simple and tasty.

I really enjoy the recipes in this book. They are pretty simple and tasty. It would be nice to have more pictures but I understand in order to keep the price fairly inexpensive, photos had to be reduced. This is a good addition to your kitchen.

Great book for ketogenic diet.

Great book for individuals following the ketogenic diet and need more recipes to increase their meal options. The recipes are easy, simple and nothing to eccentric. I only wish their were more photos in the book to help inspire me to try recipes I wasn't sure of.

Easy Low-Carb Slow Cooking is a great recipe book regardless whether you follow one of the three diets or if you just want healthy and easy recipes. There is a good discussion about slow cookers, but there should be more discussion about the different diets and their benefits.

Good Expalin about the diet.

All of the recipes are easy and delicious that a person who usually eats microwave dinners can do it! If you want to do the Keto diet, this book will make your life easier. Gives you info about the diet and a long list of foods to eat and foods to avoid.
