    "Great book and Easily Simplify."

    Although I was skeptical at first on the effectiveness of kettlebell training, I was quickly blown away by the information once I started reading. This book provides step by step guide on how to use kettlebells as part of training for muscle gain and fat loss. I particularly like the part where common mistakes are shared in the book. It is also explained carefully how a beginner can progress into more advanced workouts.
    If you are looking for a quick instruction book to get into shape, this is probably a good book for it. I can not recommend this book enough!

    "Great Update to a Fantastic Book"
    Would you listen to Kettlebell again? Why?

    This book is great I have listened to it a few times now and plan to listen to it again.


    What other book might you compare Kettlebell to and why?

    Very informative and I look forward to reading the rest of the book. I work out 6 days a week and getting rid of that last bit of fat on the belly is a challenge.


    What about Kevin Theis’s performance did you like?

    I haven't listened to any of Kevin Theis’ performance but he's my favorite narrator thus far.


    Any additional comments?

    This is the best fat loss book I ever read. You will never need fear going on a diet. Tom tells you step by step how to lose fat. Best of all no gimmicks or trying to sell you something. I really enjoyed listening this book the first time around. It's great to see the updated information again. Thanks for updating such a fantastic and informative book.

    This book is very good..listening makes good than reading because by listening it feels us real.

    Yes I was able to listen this in one sitting and I feel like I have some good ideas

    It's an excellent book for those not familiar with nutrition & in need of workout strategies to accomplish body fat loss while keeping your lean body. I was just disappointed that this book This is the most helpful and balanced fitness book I have ever l practical and easy to follow eating plan. Highly recommend if you're trying to lose weight or just want to be healthy and look fit. The mix of real world experience and scientific research is fantastic. Buy it..use it...live it!

    It has everything you need to know about nutrition and exercise for beginning level and all the way up to competition level if that is what suits you. I have the audio book version and to be able to have the hard cover to go along with it is great! Listening made simple, easy to understand and full of valuable information. A must for anyone into health and fitness!

    Where does Kettlebell rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

    I really enjoyed listening to the book. It wasn't too scientific but touched on just enough of what was necessary to understand the concepts. Have to ready!<br/>

    I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to start to improve their fitness, whether you are 300kg or an athlete. The content is perfect to improve your current situation regardless of your level. I love the fact this is not an overnight solution, but rather a lifestyle change that the author somehow makes you the reader, want to adopt.

    This excellent book is one of the most complete guides I have ever read on kettlebell training. Not only does this highly informative book cover the basic kettlebell exercises, warm ups and other vital material, it also has specific kettlebell training programs for various sport activities. <br/><br/>They were so simple and basic, and even they had modifications for the almost hopelessly out of shape. The beginner exercises, too, should be easy enough for anyone in remotely good condition.

    Also included are beginner, intermediate, advanced suggested programs in weight loss, muscular strength, and strength and endurance programs including suggested warmups, main program, and cool down directions. We also get specific approaches to creating your own workouts with excellent guidelines and principles well laid out.

    "Good solid book on Kettlebell Training"

    I am new to kettlebell training and wanted a book to give me the basics and also be useful as I advance in my traininig. This book met those goals for me. I like the color photos of the exercises and the basic information of how to choose a kettlebell and the foundation exercises. The sample workouts and more advanced exercises I read through and will incorporate into my training as I progress. For the money I thought the book was very good for the beginner to start with. One note is that some of the exercises are just hard to describe with words and photos. I did go on-line and search for videos of some of the more complex exercises to see how it is done.

    "Great instructions"

    This "Kettlebell" book contains proven steps and strategies on how to lose weight and tone your muscles. This book covers all the factors that affect weight loss including workouts, resting and diet. By using the tips suggested in this book, you will be able to lose weight fast without the need for expensive equipment. The kettlebell exercises are really easy and they could also be integrated to the workouts that you are already doing. The starting point for anyone interested in kettlebells. A great overview, history, and text book all in one.

    Would you listen to Kettlebell again? Why?

    A good set of workouts for overall conditioning. Weight loss is balanced with strength/power development.

    This book is a great introduction to using kettlebells. It has a history of kettlebells, info on buying the right one, pictures, explanations, and YouTube links for all of the exercises, workout routines, a section on nutrition, and even advice for women who are pregnant. I hit a plateau in my bodyweight workout and wanted something different. All in all it's a useful book that could sell for more.
