Good book!!

I am that kind of person who have books on all kind of diets: Paleo, Atkins, Mediterranean, etc. I’ve never heard of Ketogenic diet before and this book gave me some inspiration to try. It’s a very balanced book with enough theory and many cool recipes at the same time.

This is really a amazing diet book for the beginners . This is one of the only books I found that actually had a lot of helpful information, It's really works for weight loss. I can learn many things from this book Like how can I keep myself safe.while shedding those extra pounds, how my body works. All information exact and reliable.
