Tasty Dessert Recipes!

The author has done a great job

The author did a good job. I like that not only is the book given detailed instructions on how to prepare dishes, but also a detailed diet plan. Often I listened only an approximate diet plan. Ketosis is an excellent way out if you need to lose weight. It is also good that the recipes contain pictures.highly recommended

I was worried about my extra weight and tried in different ways to shed that. One of my friends suggested me for Ketogenic diet. Then I bought this book. This book has helped me a lot. more knowledgable book

This was a beginners book for me. Very informative. Got some good recipies but would have been better if there were more variety of recipies. I did like the cream cheese and egg pancake recipe`

The book covers about what is Intermittent fasting , how you do it and how it's beneficial to detox your body. If you're a fitness freak, the audiobook is a nice listen.
