The author has done a great job

The author did a good job. I like that not only is the book given detailed instructions on how to prepare dishes, but also a detailed diet plan. Often I listened only an approximate diet plan. Ketosis is an excellent way out if you need to lose weight. It is also good that the recipes contain pictures.highly recommended

This book gave the rudiments of the ketogenic eating routine, for example, its motivation for weight reduction, particular nourishments that are incorporated into the eating routine and also the advantages of the eating regimen in the body. GREAT BOOK

This book on ketogenic diet, by the author is really a gift that came at a right time for me. I was a total clueless person on the ketogenic diet and was almost at my wit’s end with my seemingly lost battle on weight loss, when I chanced upon this book through a friend and gave it a shot.
The benefits of going on the ketogenic diet were clearly outlined to me, as well as the potential issues one might face when doing this. I appreciated the easy to follow 4 week meal plans as well as some of the recipes which were provided for in the book.
Yet, what I really think differentiated this ketogenic diet book away from the others was the step by step guide that really delved into the smaller details which this diet entailed. Things which you may miss out after you are caught up in the enthusiasm of going on the ketogenic diet after listening up on all the fantastic benefits.
A nitty gritty book that really felt that the author left nothing back, and shared about his own personal journey and experiences with the ketogenic diet. Thumbs Up!

love the ketogenic recipes

This ketogenic diet book is different than most. For starters, it gives you the science behind the process. It explains ketosis and how it plays into the keotgenic lifestyle. That is about the first third of the book. The rest of it is an outline including ketogenic recipes and food that facilitate the process. The information is straight forward and easy to understand.
