HURRY............GET THIS BOOK TODAY

This book helped set me on my path with Ketogenics, thank you for your work and sharing of information. As feedback, the only thing that would have made it better would be to have the option of a PDF download for the initial list of basic foods, the recipes plan - it is a lot to write down as well as time consuming to have to keep rewinding. Thanks again!

GREAT GUIDFE OF KETOGENIC GUIDE

Ketogenic diet is well explained. The book also shows how this kind of diet works. It discusses the benefits that this diet could give. And it provides a step by step guide how to do it effectively. It also provides recipes that are very easy to prepare and very delicious. I would definitely recommend this book not only for those who want to loss weight but for anyone who wants a healthy life.

good beginner book

I've recently purchased three of the top-selling keto cookbooks, and I've found that I reach for this one time and time again while the others sit on the shelf. What makes this one so much better (in my opinion) is that it gives recipes for delicious, healthy meals that are fast and relatively simple to make.................awesome guide
