This book is awesome!! Deciding what to make & eat is the hardest part of eating healthy! This 30 days of recipes for all day takes the guesswork out! So many yummy recipes with all the nutritional facts! Most recipes are pretty easy to make also! And bonus... my kids liked them!!

Very well!!

The best part about the recipes in this meal plan is that they don't require a lot of experience or technique. Great for novice chefs.The recipes seem good and well balanced. Some are higher carb, but that is to be expected when you're not eating meat protein. I'm a pretty good recipe picker and can usually tell if something is going to work out, but I will try to remember to come back and update my review when I have had a chance to try some of the recipes. My only question is why are there bowls of kidney beans and peas in the cover photo when those are definitely not OK on ketogenic plan? That's odd!

This is a nice Vegetarian cookbook which I love since I do like veggies. I am not a Vegetarian but I enjoy and love this cookbook might be because my kids love to eat veggies. I will try these recipes for sure at home.
