Good book if you are interested in Keto

I had never heard of the Keto Diet before, and I have tried several of the famous ones over the years. Donovan has written a complete and comprehensive book on how to make the Keto Diet work for you.

The Ketogenic diet isone that is low in Carbs, and may also be referred to as a low carb diet, low carb high fat (LCHF), and so on. The point it that carbs are bad for you. The book itself is excellent for someone new to diets, and works if you stick to doing what it instructs you to do. This really is not a book of recipies, but rather an instruction on how to eat, what to eat, and how to get the most from this diet.

Clinger narrates well, and as always he speaks clearly, and enunciates perfectly, so that it is easy to understand what the book is telling you to do.

This book was amazing for Keto beginners like me!

I really appreciated how much effort and emotion the author put behind trying to explain the Ketogenic diet and how it's pretty much the only diet that works anymore. I recommend this audiobook to anyone who's trying to learn the basic and rules to follow when on a Ketogenic diet! 6 stars!

Great beginners guide for the Ketogenic diet!

I found this audiobook to be really helpful for a beginner like me. I would highly recommend this audiobook to anyone and everyone who wants to jump on the Keto diet bandwagon.

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

I don't imagine ANYONE would enjoy it, it is read by a robot or someone who doesn't speak any English.

No, I just need to find another book by an actual author.
