worth it

The author describe the concept nicely in the chapter why it works. We all know the journey to weight loss is hard. Intermittent fasting allowed us to eat the food we like and still be able to lose weight. This is a very well-known method, used by bodybuilders, athletes, etc. Highly recommended!

Best Guide

It is a quite interesting book. The benefits of intermittent fasting are just tremendous. It is very motivated. Meal plans for feast days are simple and tempting. As well as recipes from this book. And the turkey taco is my favorite one.

It was quite an interesting book. I've learned so many ways to be a healthier me just from reading this book. This was my first time reading a book and I must say it won't be my last!This method of fasting is easy, convenient and also doable. Recommended!

Motivational book

This book totally good. I hope this book was able to help you to understand all you need to know about intermittent fasting. I have tried to cover as many aspects as I could including what it is, how it affects women differently from men and what some of the different types of fasting are based on why you consume. I highly recommend this book.

Must listen to it.....

I believe intermittent fasting is one of the best diets that there is. This book has presented how effective this diet is if you just follow the tips and advice. I will be trying this diet soon!
