What???

This book is poorly written- redundant info with little to no basis by which the author makes claims. Jumped all around from point to point.
Poorly performed in a dull monotonous voice. Really bad.

To the point

No fluff and stuff, just straight forward eating/fasting and workout routine. Quick but thorough for a short book, I don't want lots of stories and fanfare, just the facts and schedule laid out clearly

Great and very interesting books. I do like it. This books helped me understand the concept and encouraged me as I entered this journey. I have seen great results with intermittent fasting in conjunction with functional fitness training. Excellent, life-changing books! Made a huge difference in my health already! This is one of the best books I have just listened to, a very interesting beginning, and there was not an impressive end. A great comprehensive guide to Intermittent Fasting. A fascinating, well-made book loaded with little known facts about Fasting. I could not wait to resume listening. Thank you to the author for a great book!
