This is a really excellent book. I have been intrigued by the idea of fasting for weight control for a while, but had never really understood what it entailed. Really enjoyed it.

I quite enjoyed this book. It showed me what intermittent fasting is in a nutshell. I'd say even more than that. There are four methods shown, questions you might ask and everything is nicely explained. The author did a good job!
