nice book

I have always been interested in trying out intermittent fasting and this book really lays it out in a very clear and easy to follow way. I have never eaten breakfast so I feel this will be an easy and effective programme to follow to hopefully help me lose a few pounds in the process. I would highly recommend this book to any one interested in intermittent fasting.

great book for started good planing for intermittn

Well explained, quick easy listening, supported with group study findings. The author says "anyone can do this".
Plan is easily understood. Lots of choices for when and how and specific ab
out expectations. It will wake u up to what will not work and that's why your listening this. Like me, I know a bunch about the subject but it just isn't working. I know this will. Time to take check up: weight, health, habits. Time to get real. The author explains intermittent fasting without pulling in punches. He tells it like it is and makes u want start now.t

Great book with very helpful information. I used to think intermittent fasting was unhealthy and very challenging, however, I now see the amazing benefits and this book will help me be much healthier!

Love this book! It's helped guide my journey on Fasting! I love, love, love Jason Fung! So happy he's spreading the information about fasting and helping people heal their bodies. I'll be forever grateful for his journey to help heal people! GET THIS BOOK!

Great book

There are nice and effective tips for consuming reduction here. The benefits of intermittent fasting are just tremendous. You should read about all them. It is very motivative. Meal plans for feast days are simple and tempting. As well as recipes from this book. And the turkey taco is my favorite one.

realistic weigt loss approach

This was an easy read with excellent doable advice. My favorite part was the realistic perspective and the offer of several different methods to find a match that fits your lifestyle. I learned a lot about intermittent fasting and the advantages to your body, not just your weight on the scale. Thanks,kylie young! Great book that I recommend to all
