Narration is very good.

Nutritious recipes! I love my air fryer and I bought one for my grand-daughter whom we raised. It's great for stuffed peppers and crispy fries and all things that have been cooked slightly. Hamburgers and bacon and all sorts of meats! Everyone should buy this book as soon as possible!

This is such a practical book to dieting and getting or staying in shape. With all the dieting books out there that have you limit yourself to one food group or it is so restrictive that it would be impossible for you to stay on it for any length of time.
