WORTH EVERY STAR!!!

This is such a practical book to dieting and getting or staying in shape. With all the dieting books out there that have you limit yourself to one food group or it is so restrictive that it would be impossible for you to stay on it for any length of time. Watching your weight and exercise should be a life-long endeavor to stay healthy and strong.

Really worth recommending!

What did this book have to do with Macros

What disappointed you about IIFYM And Flexible Dieting: If It Fits Your Macros?

I was hoping for a book explaining counting Macros and getting a better idea of that. This was a just an overall on dieting in general.

Any additional comments?

Was inexpensive and short listen so I am ok with payment but the name was deceiving. The 3 loose fat quick diets (before Paleo) seemed awfully "sales based"

Listening is very important

A well balanced diet book. A lot of effective suggestions gathered in this book. I was actually impressed by how much delicious diet recipes squeezed in such a short book. Author described every single thing very clearly with some proper explanations. I'd highly recommend this book.

Great guide book!

Very easy to follow recipes with useful storage tips throughout. The book is well organized & thought out. The recipes are easy to follow and I am enjoying trying them out. I work full time and this book provides everything from snacks to meals and they're not too complicated either.

For me it's difficult to calculate the amount of calories in my diet, as I remember I once tried to follow iifym but couldn't able to go d proper way like where to start and what to eat, this guide; as compared to other tips has guided me through proper way like what to and when to eat and calculation of calories available with each recipe.

All You Need

This diet is very different from regular diets which is very strict and not very enjoyable to follow and maintain. Very well detailed and well-written in this book. Losing weight is not a problem when following Flexible Dieting as well as gaining lean muscle. I highly recommend this book!

Easy to follow!

Thank you so much for putting out this book. It was easy to follow, a quick read, and provided great background, meal planning, and weight training advice.
