Mixed Bag

While there is a decent amount of good information in this audiobook, MUCH of it is out of date and contrary to currently known science regarding metabolism, weight loss, and weight maintenance. The author should publish an updated version of this work. Having successfully lost 120+ lbs, (and having kept it off for more than a year, without surgery, over the course of 20 years), I come from a space of informed, lived, current experience. I hate when misinformation misguides and misleads people who really need help. I'm not implying that's the author's intent, but having this out of date publication as a free Audible offering poses unnecessary obstacles to people genuinely trying to improve their lives through weight loss.
