Great book and job well done by the narrator.

I enjoyed this book thoroughly and the narrator did a fantastic job! Even as someone who already knows about nutrition and exercise, I still gained new insight from this book. It was also easy to follow.

Best weight loss collection!!!

Where does How to Lose 100 Pounds rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I absolutely love this series. So awesome to have them all together on audio.

There a lot of motivation books out there but this one really hit home. Weight loss is just as mental as it is physical. She's been there and shares from her heart

Very Inspirational!!

I too need to lose 100+ pounds. This book series has helped me see where I failed before. It has helped me understand it's not a race. By taking notes (because a bit of a nerd in that area) I have made an outline to help me focus. And the best thing is that IT'S ATTAINABLE GOALS!!!

Based on Debunked “Biggest Loser” Method of Weight Loss

There were some good pieces of advice on goal setting and not engaging in negative self-talk but the problem is that the diet advice is given based on the reality show “The Biggest Loser” where research has shown that all the contestants gained the weight back and in some cases are heavier than they were because that method slows metabolism by as much as 50%. This is one of the reasons the show is no longer on the air. Several pieces of advice given not only lead to more cravings, hunger and inflammation but multiple studies have debunked the low fat, calorie counting method of weight loss as it leads to short term loss but long term gain and poor health outcomes. I wish the author had looked into the science more before writing this book. I’ll be returning it.
