Yes it does WORK!

I have tried EVERYTHING and NOTHING has seemed to work! This explains so much as to why you as a female may be struggling like I was with weight loss. Everything you need to know at the tip of your fingers. Like with everything else in life it takes work so if you truly want to be health and lose weight you have to work towards your goals. But now you can because you know why the other diets have failed and why this one will work for you! Give it a try what do you do have to lose beside some weight!

Finally, a helpful diet plan!

After only 6 weeks of following the Hormone reset diet I have my energy back, no joint pain and no digestive problems at all. This is not a diet audiobook that will tell you exactly what to eat and when, but you will learn what food you should eat and what food to avoid.

This is a healthy lifestyle book that is not that hard to follow, it has already been very helpful to me and I feel confident that I will be able to lose even more weight in the future.

It becomes my favorite..

Worked for me !

I always get around to listening her books after they're released and this one really hot home. As I'm getting older I can definitely feel a difference in my hormones and Valerie offers great tips and insight into how to keep yourself energized and healthy in the midst of hormonal changes.

I wish I'd had this book five years ago because if I'd already put much of this stuff into practice I wouldn't feel so exhausted all the time, now! At least I know now. Pick this one up for a great, new start!

Reset Saved My Life

This reset plan has restored my life. Each year my weight increased and no matter how I ate, it continued to increase. My doctors response was this was normal for menopausal woman, and I would stop gaining weight in about 3 years. I just could not believe that! I just kept looking when I came across the Hormone Reset Program, and I would say it saved my life. When I did the first reset I lost 45 lbs. I continued just watching my intake and loosely following the reset and lost another 15lbs over the next two months. I went back to eating a basic diet to include snacks, wine, carbs, grains, dairy and coffee but in moderation. For two months I still managed to lose four more pounds which normally would have resulted in weight gain. Today I am starting my second reset as I still have around 50 pounds to lose still. I am most hopeful I will reach my goal, and tell everyone I can about this book. Thank you Dexter Jackson!

brilliant guide

It was traveling for work every week, not sleeping well, stressed and piling on pounds. I found Dexter Jackson reset easy to follow even when traveling and the best part is I figured out my food issue causing the weight gain and have dropped 9lbs. Highly recommended!

This is awesome !!!!

If you could ever think that hormone resetting could actually get you in the best shape of your life you would do it everyday!!! I didn't know that hormones were holding us back from the fitness and health levels that we want until reading this book. This book contains lot of information on hormone resetting and a lot of delicious easy to make dieting recipes that you can just enjoy. Just think about the physical achievements that you can gain with these proven dieting methods and you will see Hormone Reset diet is the way to go! I loved it !!!

This book is one of the best in managing Hormone Diets as it plainly demonstrates the best approach to adjust your hormones by taking after the eating regimen specified in the book. Good Guidance for Understanding Hormones

The issues with hormones and weight are real. I got a lot from this book. Like exercising definitely helps reset your natural hormonal balance while following this program. The narrator did a very good job and kept a good pace. This is an important book.
