Habits Not to Break<br />

I enjoyed listening to this book. It has excellent suggestions. i started listenng to this book some months ago and stopped. i picked it this morning and i was
pleasantly surprised to realize that I had incorporated many of these suggestions
in my daily habits.
I also have a habit of reading or listening to my books either early in the
morning when I wake or in the evening when i go to bed. It is not only
informitive but relaxing way to begin or end the day.
