Great summary of latest Health news

Having listened to several other recent Audible titles on nutrition and health, I found this short book right on target. I highly recommend this book if you want the latest scoop in a bite size portion.

Try the many books by MD's.

This author waits until chapter 18 to provide useful ideas. I found chapters 1-17 very slow.

Not what I wanted or expected.

Some interesting bits but most of it is an American rant against commercial behaviour. I tuned it off at the end of my car journey and haven't bothered to go back to it.I think it was a waste of a credit.
