I thought this was a great little book. It is filled with brief, to the point tips on things to do that will enrich your life without costing a lot. Many are things I probably knew at one time but have forgotten but there were a few ah-ha moments sprinkled in.

I recommend this book for anyone looking for some low cost ways to get out of a rut in their life. It's a quick and makes a lot of sense
