Publisher's Summary

Arms are the hardest to develop. They require a lot of mind-body connections made by focusing all your attention on your muscles and feeling the contraction, which will create a new memory in your brain. They also are the most attractive muscle on the human body for both men and women. This part of the series focuses on the biceps and triceps through a perfected workout routine that will be sure to leave your arms crying the next day.

I am certified by the National Federation of Professional Trainers and have recertified successfully for more than three years as of today. My certification number is 45582. I have a passion for health and make it a disciplined rule to work out and learn new fitness trends every day.

This book made my arms HUGE!

Would you consider the audio edition of Get Big Series: Arms to be better than the print version?

I would consider the audio version better because I can listen to it in the gym or on my way to the gym to help plan my workout for the day.
