    "Very worth it!"

    I went back and forth on getting this title as I have already done a whole 30 and have that book, so I wasn't sure this was needed. I'm so glad I decided to check it out. I seriously feel like this book was written for me! It really approaches, and tackles all the things that happen and will happen when and after your whole 30. I'm into my second go around and I feel this book really helped me to feel more confident, and have a better view than my attempts at all or nothing. Well done!

    I read mixed reviews on this book and I have previously completed the whole thirty with success. That was years ago and I feel that if I would have had access to this book sooner I may have been able to keep my results more long term. I am excited to re enter this way of life with a new attitude and tools for success.

    "Guide for life after the Whole30"

    This turned out to be just what I needed to help provide me with some direction and guidance after the whole30. Melissa provides some specific advice on how to deal with foods that I know I am sensitive to or are not healthy, and even how to navigate conversations with others in tough situations. For those who have read the original whole30 book a chapter or two that define the food 'reset' can be skipped but otherwise the book adds value above and beyond the original text. Recommended for those like me that needed some structure to consider after the eye opening experience of the whole30.

    "My whole 30 experience"

    The whole 30 program has lead me on a new and much healthier plan for eating than I've ever tried before. I didn't think I could do it but to my surprise, I did! To be honest, I still struggle with the amount of food I eat. I did lose weight on the plan, however, I only had about 10 lbs. to lose and lost 5-6, depending on the day I weigh myself. In order to lose the last 4-5 lbs. I think I'd have to cut back more which will be hard but not impossible.
    I loved Melissa's dry sense of humor, comparing the difficultly of quitting cream in your coffee to quitting drugs. Quitting drugs is hard, quitting cream is not! She's right, however, I still didn't like it but it was only for 30 days. That was the first thing I added back and was what I missed most!
    I enjoy the healthy eating so much that I'm not that anxious to add back a lot of other food. I really want to continue on to see if I can reach my ultimate goal. Thanks Melissa for such a great program! I love it and I never say that about diets but this was much more than a diet...it's a new way to eat!
