Would you consider the audio edition of Flexible Dieting: GAPS Diet, Negative Calorie Diet to be better than the print version?

I like the audio version better because I can listen to it while I'm driving

This book has shown me detailed explanation on how proteins and other food groups works together inside our body, the book manage to inform readers some medical explanation about how our body metabolism works in a way that we understand. over all I recommend this book for people who wants to have a special diet and doesn't know where to start. This is the book that I am looking for because I am so tired with my old diet plan. Thank you to the author for sharing this book. I am so excited to start loosing weight again and be this book as my guide.

Flexible dieting is incredible! This book is a MUST read for anyone who is committed enough to their physical health, fitness, and vitality!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

It's almost 3 hours long so it took me about 4 days to finish it.

The book is really fun and engaging, the recipes are fantastic and well explained,no special techniques are required while preparing the recipes described, i must say that since the first to the last page, i have enjoyed everything, there are also explanations on what to eat during a type of exercise,it has been a great experience, I highly recommend!!

This book is really amazing and useful book . I just love this book. It's really super. Highly recommended. This book changed my life. I learned how to shop and cook healthily. I lost 16 lbs in just over a month. So far keeping it off well. I'm so happy !

Being lean and fit was not easy so the book promises flexible dieting, which is better than yo-yo diets. The steps here are reachable. It does not promise a quick result but the gradual good results are better. There are too many myths debunked by this book.
I'd say it is worth listening.

Successful weight loss and maintenance!

I have heard about thermogenic foods before and how they can help you to get and stay lean, but had little idea about them, and the only one I was aware of was celery. This short recipe collection provides many recipes utilizing these thermogenic foods, and from what I have found, it is the only one that does so, at least for that cheap price of 99 cents. The recipes are easy and quick to make, and you don’t need to be good at cooking. All you need it a small kitchen and a the few ingredients that are very easily available. easy and healthy as that, In glad I bought it.

Interesting book....

Excellent book. A set of excellent recommendations. For a week already they have been applying and began to feel much easier. Also, there are improvements in my girl. While fully satisfied.

worth it

The book is really good. A lot of garbage is now on Amazon. But this book is very worthy of all the tips, all the recipes are really acrylic and useful. I take care of my health and I need to receive good information.

Excellent book......

Five stars? Is that all I can give? Really, this book deserves so much more.The information provided on these pages, as well as the suggestion it gathered, are worth far more than five stars and I would consider this book to be a great bargain at twice the price.
