Publisher's summary

There are at least five reasons you get sick and all of them can be eliminated or modified. If you want to be healthy you have to do certain things or disease will eventually result. Your health is your most valuable asset. Unhealthy food and drink always damages you but you may not realize it for years. Diseases that once belonged to the elderly are now present in the young and middle age. The US spends more money per capita on illnesses than any other industrialized country on Earth. The US is on the bottom when it comes to health.

The reasons are many and are avoidable. We invite our health problems by what we eat, drink and put on our bodies. Many foods we were taught are healthy are really harmful to our health. Our approach to disease is wrong. Prevention is the best cure.

Toxins and GMOs are some of the great destroyers of health and you should avoid as many as possible. We will be looking at these problems and their solutions:

  • Genetics GMOs Cellular Memories
  • The Gut Connection Pollution
  • The Standard American Diet
  • Quality Natural Foods You Need for Health

Why hesitate? Your health needs immediate and constant attention. It is your most important asset.

Not perfect but straight to the point in a short manner, enough for you to be able to take it all in.

Many things he said, was something I’ve already tried quitting on before but fell back into. It’s good to be reminded again of how horrid the food industry can be including other toxins other companies put into their products. I hope his wife is doing better now! I didn’t like the readers voice but it didn’t bother me too much. I like that he would admit about his resources or that he didn’t have enough research. Nonetheless it was overall good.

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
