This short book tackles the description of osteoporosis and why it occurs. This unfortunate condition consumes a large portion of the world's population, and I feel like I need to address the basics of why it occurs and how you can prevent it. I also provide why exercise helps the debilitating disease and even offer a few exercises for lower-back injury prevention. It doesn't matter what age you are, as these suggestions apply to all ages of those diagnosed with osteoporosis. This book offered some great exercises and advice for those who have osteoporosis. It's so great that these health advice audiobooks exist!
