Publisher's summary

Eat for Heat is best described as a complementary concept that has yet to be discussed anywhere in the world of health, diet, and nutrition.

The book takes a close look at the modern habit of compulsive beverage consumption, mass prescriptions to, "drink eight, 8-ounce glasses of water per day"; phobias about salt and sugar, and turns them all upside down in classic 180DegreeHealth style.

The objective? Increase the concentration of the extracellular fluid (the fluid in our bodies) for increased core body temperature (rise in metabolism), increased circulation to the extremities for warm hands and feet, and removing the burden from the stress system for far-reaching health and hormonal improvements.

The concept is extremely simple: The net sum of the food and beverages we consume can either concentrate or dilute our body fluids.

Eat for Heat discusses simple principles on how to make minor changes to your meals and drinking habits to keep your body in a better metabolic "zone" all day, every day. It's a tactic that can be applied to any dietary belief system, and can even yield tremendous health benefits to those eating just a regular Western diet. Everyone can benefit from the simple concept put forth in Eat for Heat.

In terms of specific benefits from mastering this idea, you can expect to eliminate frequent urination and waking up at night to urinate; overcome frequent headaches, migraines, and seizures; increase body heat and body temperature to 98.6 degrees F and higher; improve or eliminate anxiety completely, stabilizing mood, etc.

Thanks

After a year of searching with no improvement
It took about 24 hours to realise that what you lay out in this book can and is helping me regain my warmth
After having ice cold hands and feet all summer I read this book on the coldest days of winter and was able to have warm hands and feet
I've got a way to go yet but this is it
Thank You Matt

Great advice here

Book is a solid "something to think about and apply" exploration for anyone. I sought out this book to help address my constant thirst despite drinking 2 gallons a day. The information here is rational and not in your face. Author doesn't make any big decrees or "shock value" stats. He uses logical thinking backed my research to help explain his case. Big fan of the approach and will be reading more of his work.

LIFE SAVING

I do not say “life saving” lightly. Literally I was headed for death despite being on the supposed most “healthiest” diets.. If you’ve tried literally everything out there and you’re still miserable and lost, DO NOT disregard this information like the other reviewers may have suggested. They might just not be ready for this information or have tried everything out there, but take it from someone who has literally tried everything with only a decline in my health and only once I was wonderfully and magically led to Matt Stone and his work, did I finally get my life and health back. I seriously cannot recommend his work enough. Thank you Matt! Kayla

You would never suspect

This audio book is a must to listen. I was quite skeptical when I started, but I was desperate to for anything that would give me an alternative perspective on my health issues. I wish the audio production had the quality of the message. Bravo!

thumbs up, matt!

i only wish i read it 5 years ago in 2013. it's crazy, but it would probably save me from chugging down 5 x 365 gallons of spring water.
yep! doing my best to stay hydrated I used to drink roughly a gallon of water per day. no wonder my hands were freezing cold all the time!

Do not purchase !!

Don't waste your time. This is not for anyone that's interested in health and nutrition. No science to back anything in this awful book.
