Well-meaning but ...

K Connors could make the most boring subject sound good. He does a great job at sounding enthusiastic with this subject. The book gives you a variety of ideas and suggestions on how to lose weight and if you tie them all together, you are sure to be able to reach your goals.

I feel great

The author gives us the seven most popular methods of Intermittent Fasting and explains how to use it to get better results from exercise. Definitely worth the read.

Informative book.!!!

I like the way the author explains that I can eat a great deal of smart healthy food, instead of starving myself. In fact, skipping meals is a big "no, no." I have grown to be a smoothie person, but the author makes me want to try juicing. This was a great book. It was informative and concise.
