    "A great guide."

    I have been trying to deal with a few pounds I put up during the last few months, but although I have tried everything, nothing seemed to work! Until I found this book... Maybe I wasn’t doing the right exercises or maybe I needed more motivation. But the point is that after reading this book I could lose my unpleasant extra pounds. If you are looking for a solid guide on how to exorcise and lose weight easily you have just founded it!

    This book gives helpful information without preaching about being thin. With information on what men have to do to be successful, what women have to do to be successful, and simple exercises to get started, this book has a wealth of useful information and I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone who is looking to lose weight

    I found the detailed instructions on how to properly break a fast very helpful, and the long-term diet that's been included to prevent you from regaining the weight lost through fasting.
    The book also has lots of motivation and encouragement, and I liked that the author shows you various fasting studies and their discoveries. All around great book. Very helpful. I recommend it.

    I recommend this for anyone who wants to learn more about fasting and is in good health--but understand, regardless of the title, water fasting is NOT a diet and is a very, dangerous way to lose weight just to lose weight--one should be very healthy and mentally/emotionally sound before attempting a water fast as this type of fast can be very taxing on the body and on one's mental health.
