    This book is very well written. Simple, clear and to the point and included just 7 recipes for 7 days. Remind me that it's not a recipe book for the kitchen, makes it easy to follow. Huge collection of tips that actually work! I was even very impressed with the foods in this program. They are tasty, healthy, practical and easy to prepare. Thanks a lot!

    "So easy to follow"

    Good for those whose eyes are on their blood pressure every minute. DASH diet is a helpful scheme to fight hypertension. I will recommend this for my father's meal. He's very particular about his food choices. He always keeps track of his blood pressure. With the help of this 7-day plan from breakfast to dinner, he will have a peace of mind that he's fine with his meals throughout the day.

    "Eat healthy...stay healthy"

    Really great advice for healthy eating! I like that i count my servings instead of calories! Been following the diet plan for two weeks and iv'e already lost 6 pounds and i never go hungry. I haven't followed the meal plans but i personalized my meals around the dash diet concepts.

    This book has helped me tremendously. There are many recipes on this book. To guide in improving, prepared an amazing collection of recipes that are fun and easy to prepare. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has high blood pressure or cholesterol and wants to lose weight.

    "GOOD....GOOD...GOOD"

    The only diet that really works long term. I've lost 8 pounds and my husband 10 in 4 weeks. We are never hungry and eat small meals 5 times a day. I have lost that horrible sugar and carb cravings and do not have blood sugar spikes anymore. Blood pressure is more stable. We will continue to stay on this diet.

    I'm always looking for was to improve health. Seriously considering the Dash Diet. Great information in this one and excellent narration. It's like a tutorial but way more interesting.
