    Good book, as the author first explains about DASH and then guides you through tips and tricks how it’s beneficial for you. We can read their list of recipes and plan our diet chart. I have just started to follow their weekly chart given inside for my diet planning. Recipes seems delicious as I have tried the Tenderloin recipe it’s great. It is compact book for those who want to lose weight, hypertension sufferer, and those who have high blood pressure. Thanks!<br/>

    This 2 weeks DASH Diet plan not only focuses on low sodium food but also emphasizes on whole food, whole grain, low fat dairy and healthy lifestyle changes. The plan is actually divided into 2 phases with each phase lasts about 2 weeks. Therefore, it will take minimum 4 weeks to complete the plan. Other than the healthy recipes, there are also tips to get you transient over to DASH Diet easily.
    Dash Diet is not about denying you the food but instead making a healthier choice out of it.

    Bought this to help bring down my Blood Pressure, my wife and I have been using it for a month now and can already tell the difference in our health. I have dropped a 2.5LBS in a month and blood pressure is slowly dropping as well. Great recipes easy to follow and prepare.<br/>

    I have tried many diets over the years. Dash diet is one that I do not like to think of as a diet. It is more a lifestyle change. I get to eat lots of yummy foods, and this cookbook helped me along the way. I was very backwards in my flavoring. Often resorting to butter, and salt. After just a few of these recipes I was able to use what I learned, and update my favorites into healthier alternatives.

    Bought this cookbook to help with our diet to not only lose weight, but lower blood pressure. So far, the recipes are easy and don't require ingredients that are hard to find or are expensive. We have prepared recipes for fish, chicken and pork. They are all good! Servings are small, but you get used to cutting portions with this diet.<br/>

    Love, love the Dash Diet. I followed it for 10 days using only the recipes in the original book, and lost weight without feeling hungry or deprived. Therefore decided to order the actual cookbook. I love the recipes and how they are separated by meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc). Wonderful diet plan, simple to use, recipes are great, not difficult to prepare and are not time consuming.<br/>

    I received my cookbook this week have looked it over and this is going to help me greatly. The book is very well done clear and easy to follow. The pictures are bright and colorful makes you want to go out and cook the meals they show.
